The title transfer will be completed in accordance with applicable Illinois estate-transfer requirements. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for confirming any additional documentation or procedures required by their state’s DMV before purchasing. I will reasonably cooperate with the buyer to complete the required paperwork properly.
Deposit / Payment:
* A $250 deposit is required through eBay at the time of purchase
* The deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price
* The remaining balance must be paid using a mutually agreed-upon, secure payment method
* All funds must be fully received and verified before the vehicle, keys, or original title documents are released
* The deposit does not replace the buyer’s responsibility to complete the remaining payment and pickup arrangements
Pickup / Transport:
* Buyer is responsible for local pickup or arranging and paying for vehicle transport
* Pickup or transport arrangements should be made promptly after purchase
* The vehicle will not be released to a transporter until payment has fully cleared
* Illinois license plates will not be included with the vehicle
